Golf Package: $1,504 A personalized Executive Physical and medical exam with our board certified physicians, tee time at either The Heather, The Donald Ross Memorial, The Moor, or The Arthur Hills golf course, one night’s stay at Boyne Highlands Resort, and meals at any Boyne Highlands restaurant. Ski Package: $1,440 A personalized Executive Physical and medical exam with our board certified physicians, lift ticket to Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain, one night’s stay at Boyne Highlands Resort, and meals at any Boyne Highlands restaurant. Annual Physical Exam: $1,200 Personalized time with our board certified preventive medicine specialists, all testing done on location including Stress Test and EKG, same-day test results, personalized preventive medical plan to take home.
